Busola Stackhouse

Born in Nigeria, but raised in Memphis, TN, parts of Canada, and Louisville, KY, Busola began her career teaching 2nd grade within Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools where she taught a variety of students from diverse backgrounds. During her time in the district, Busola had the opportunity to help start the inaugural K-2 and 3-5 Multi-Age programs at her school. That experience taught her what differentiated instruction truly was. After teaching 8 years, Busola transitioned into a math coaching position where she worked with new and veteran teachers to directly impact student outcomes based on data. During her time as a coach, she was trained by nationally known and highly effective coaching frameworks, including Get Better Faster and Real Time Teacher Coaching. In her spare time, Busola enjoys exercising and spending time with her husband and 2 young children, Avery and Noah. Busola continues to expand her impact on teachers across the state as a North Carolina New Teacher Support Coach.
