Jami Graham

Jami head shot

Jami Graham has served 25 years in the education field in a variety of professional capacities.  She spent eighteen years serving as an educator for Richmond County Schools, North Carolina.  She started her career as a kindergarten teacher in RCS and later moved to a number of leadership roles in the district such as literacy specialist, site-based school administrator, and district level curriculum specialist.  She ended her eighteen year career in RCS in the position of Director of K-12 School Improvement and Professional Development.  From there, she began a new educational journey as an educational consultant for the NC Department of Public Instruction’s Office of Early Learning.  After serving in that capacity for a little over five years, she joined University North Carolina Pembrooke as a NC NTSP Instructional Coach and adjunct faculty member in January of 2019.  All of these experiences and professional learning opportunities have built upon my ability to serve as a strong instructional leader and positive change agent.
