Martinette Horner

Martinette Horner is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the academic area, Educational Policy and Organizational Leadership at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she coordinates the Master of School Administration program. In addition to program coordination duties and teaching responsibilities in educational leadership preparation programs, she also works with interdisciplinary groups of faculty and K-12 teachers and leaders to collaborate on research and practice opportunities. Dr. Horner is a proud North Carolina Teaching Fellow and Principal Fellow graduate. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from UNC Chapel Hill, a Master of School Administration from UNC Greensboro and Doctorate of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from UNC Chapel Hill.
