Caroline Beam

Dr. Caroline Armstrong Beam attended Appalachian State University as a North Carolina Teaching Fellow. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary English Education and a Master of School Administration degree. She also earned a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Appalachian State University. She has taught both middle school and high school and has supported teachers at all levels as an instructional coach. She served as both clinical coordinator and instructor at Salem College and most recently served the students and teachers of Reagan High School coordinating multi-tier systems of support. Caroline lives with her husband and daughter on a farm near Hanging Rock State Park in Stokes County. She enjoys reading, walking, and baking all sorts of sweets.
