Melissa Ogle
is an Instructional Coach with nearly 20 years of experience in public and private education, specializing in digital learning, instructional coaching, and innovative teaching strategies. She is passionate about partnering with educators to cultivate curiosity, foster creativity, and enhance critical thinking in the classroom. Through a collaborative coaching approach, Melissa empowers teachers to design engaging instructional experiences that inspire students to tackle real-world challenges and communicate their ideas with confidence.
Melissa holds a B.S. in History & Social Science (6-12) from Radford University and an M.A. in Media, Technology, and Learning Design from Appalachian State University. She is licensed in 6-12 History & Social Sciences, K-12 Instructional Technology Facilitation, and CTE Technology, Engineering, & Design.
Her diverse background spans multiple states, including Virginia, North Carolina, and Georgia, equipping her with a broad perspective on effective teaching and learning practices to meet a variety of student needs including supports for ML, EC, and Gifted Students.
When she is not coaching, Melissa enjoys watching soccer—whether it’s her daughter’s high school or U17 club team, MLS, or the Premier League.
She also loves spending time outdoors, from relaxing at the beach and taking boat rides, unwinding with a good book, or binge-watching her favorite 90s and 2000s TV shows.
