Christina Bush

Christina Bush is an Instructional Coach for the New Teacher Support Program (NC NTSP) who supports beginning teachers through a collaborative approach with mentors, principals and district leadership by providing direct support through conversation and reflection. Christina believes this direct support and coaching approach empowers teachers to identify what they need to be successful, and who they can be for their students. 

Christina Bush began her teaching career as a teacher in Howard County Maryland. Prior to relocating to North Carolina she worked as an Instructional Coach and Professional Development Specialist for the District of Columbia Public Schools.  

 Christina holds a Bachelor’s degree from Morgan State University and  a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from McDaniel College.

In her free time, Christina enjoys reading, exercising, and spending time with family and friends!
